Prahran Community Learning Centre Room Hire & Bookings
The studios at Prahran Community Learning Centre are available for hire on a casual or permanent basis, for individuals, community organisations or semi-commercial organisations.
- Studio 1, 2, 3 & 4:
- Mon - Fri: 9 - 5pm: $30
- Mon - Fri: 9 - 11pm: $110
- Sat & Sun: 9 - 5pm: $145 p/day
- Sat & Sun Evenings: $110
- Playroom
- 2hr minimum
- Mon - Fri: 9 - 5pm: $100 for the first 2hrs, $35 p/hr thereafter
Key Deposit: $50.00 refund upon return of keys
Public liability: hirer must have own public liability insurance or pay PCLC $100 which covers user for one year OR $15.00 which covers user for one hire
Car parking: a limited number of parking permits may be available.
