YELLA 13 - 15 yrs
YELLA - Youth Education for Life & Learning Access, is aimed at students aged 13 - 15 or in Years 7 - 9. The YELLA program is made up of two accredited qualifications:
- - Certificate I, II and III in General Education for Adults
- - Certificate I and II in Visual Arts & Contemporary Craft
This program is a Community Education model and places a great emphasis on preparing participants to return to mainstream education wherever possible. Throughout the program, participants will have assistance to develop an education & training pathway plan suited to their individual needs and aspirations.
Main subjects include:
- - Numeracy
- - Literacy
- - Science
- - Art: painting, drawing, digital imaging, textiles & video art
