PCLC Staff

Angela Stathopoulos Director Angela is a graduate in several areas of Education and Training, TESOL, Student Welfare, and Business Management, and is passionate about providing accessible and quality community education. Angela holds a ministerial appointment as a member of the ACFE Regional Council Board, is the Chairperson of the IELLEN and is the Secretary/Educational Advisor of the St Anargiri College Advisory Council. Angela is an innovative Director with many years of management experience.
Effie Tsanglis Education Manager Effie is a graduate in the areas of Youth Work, Education & Business Management. Effie has extensive and varied experience in working with youth and adult learners combined with several years of management experience. Effie manages the Youth (YELLA, VCAL & VET), Art & English (ESL) programs at PCLC.
Eve Robson Reception / Administration officer

Eve’s qualifications include various areas of Customer Service and Computer training. Accompanied with many years of Office Management / Administrative roles, Eve maintains the smooth operations of PCLC whilst her exceptional service and friendly, inviting manner always provides a welcoming and caring environment around the centre.

Tony Senese Children, Youth, Adult & Integrated Art Teacher

Tony is a graduate of Fine Arts - Painting & Sculpture. Tony is a passionate and highly creative & energetic teacher who facilitates the children’s’, youth, adult and integrated programs at PCLC. Tony is in constant demand for his painting, drawing and sculpture abilities. With several years experience, Tony has a clear understanding of what is required in teaching art effectively, whilst providing a fun, inviting and safe learning environment.

Amelie Scalercio Youth Teacher

Amelie is a graduate of Fine Arts and Education. Amelie has extensive experience in working with youth and has a clear understanding of what is required in teaching at risk / disengaged youth, and does this effectively and innovatively. Amelie teaches in the YELLA & VCAL programs at PCLC.

Lance Twentyman English (ESL) Teacher

Lance is a graduate of Education, specialising in English studies. Lance is an experienced international teacher who is able to adapt to any situation. Lance’s reassuring, encouraging nature and natural bearing in his class room always ensures a fun learning environment. Lance teaches beginners-intermediate English for adult learners.

John Broughton Book keeper / Computer Trainer

John has many years experience in computer training & small business book keeping. As well as managing the organisations finances, John also provides a non-threatening environment for people who are just learning how to operate a computer and does this creatively through a practical & technical approach.

Tina Tsanglis Admin Assistant

Tina’s qualifications include Admin studies, including various client support services. Tina’s ‘can-do’ attitude and years of experience within the finance and administration areas, ensures the smooth operation and assistance of the PCLC finances and provides administrative support to the Director.

Phil Brandon Information Technology Phil has been maintaining the organisations Information Technology needs for many years. His attention to detail and prompt service ensures that PCLC is always technologically up-to-date & functional.
Tom Moloney Computers (Integrated)

Tom is a long term Stonnington resident with a passion for social justice. Tom provides a valuable program teaching computer skills for people with disabilities. His teaching involves basic skills to foster independence amongst his cohort of students.

Liliana Kotsiopoulos Cooking & Playgroup Facilitor

Lil is a dynamic playgroup facilitator, as well as an energetic and creative cooking instructor. Lil ensures a comfortable and supportive environment for children and their parents in the playroom, fostering much needed skills in both the playroom and cooking classes.

Geraldine Spiker Yoga Instructor

Geraldine is an enthusiastic and motivated yoga instructor who has facilitated yoga classes at PCLC for many years. Geraldine’s classes are always full and this is a reflection of her passion for yoga, her ability and skillfulness combined with her numerous years of expertise.

Margaret Bennett HACC Exercise

Margaret has many years teaching and training in the fitness area. As well as running her own gym, she provides valuable strength based exercises for people where the main goal is to improve flexibility, fitness and independence which is particularly beneficial in improving arthritis and osteo arthritis.

Dante Mecca Art Assistant

Dante is a long term community volunteer. He is an integral part of the integrated art class and has become a permanent fixture in the program!

Dante also volunteers his time at other community organisations. He is a much loved member of the community.
